Narvass can be found in the Goblin Camp in Act One.

Involvement

Act One

If the player character speaks to Narvass before speaking with Dror Ragzlin Dror Ragzlin, Narvass will ask them not to interrupt Ragzlin's interrogation of the mind flayer corpse. If spoken to afterwards, Narvass will repeat Ragzlin's orders to the player character and advise them not to disappoint Minthara Minthara.

Narvass and Kagran Kagran patrol the small gallery above Ragzlin's throne. As part of his retinue, they will both join him in combat if a fight breaks out.
