Involvement Act One Gald only appears if Minthara launches a raid on the Emerald Grove . If Minthara learns of the Grove's location such as through the party, Liam's interrogation, or Sazza , she gathers a group of goblins to attack the sanctuary. Gald does not appear in the Goblin Camp and is only encountered during this raid. As a sapper, Gald's only purpose is to act as a suicide bomber and blow himself up on an enemy target.
