Maggran is a high half-elf in the Circle of the Emerald Grove in Act One.

Maggran can be found guarding the Rite of Thorns from a Tiefling mob.

Maggran is not proficient with his armor nor shield, and therefore cannot cast spells. He also has no Wild Shape charges and cannot use this ability in combat.
