Act Two[edit | edit source]

Distressed Patient is initially encountered In Surgery In Surgery at the House of Healing, where he is strapped to a gurney in Malus Thorm's operating theater. His eyes and tongue are removed for demonstration purposes. He can be spared by convincing Malus to have his nurses kill each other, then kill himself.

Lockpicking the surgical bed is "impossible" but talking to the Distressed Patient after investigating the bed results in the option to free him. Knock Knock can also be used.

When freed from his restraints, he flees in a terrified stupor, possibly disappearing before leaving the surgical suite. Though his tongue was cut out, interacting with him while he is running results in the floating text "Later!" above him.

The party can subsequently lie down in his surgical bed.
