Shadow-Cursed Harpers may be found around the town square in Reithwin Town accompanied by Shadows and will attack on sight.

If Halsin opens a portal to the Shadowfell, the party will be tasked with defending it while various shadow creatures, including Shadow-Cursed Harpers, will attempt to attack it. s.
