Radija can be encountered outside the ornate door leading to the rooftop. If Ketheric Thorm Ketheric Thorm is already on the roof, the party can ask for an audience with him, which she refuses.

Unlike most members of the Cult of the Absolute, Radija and the other Mistresses of Souls are fully aware of what the Absolute is and the religious hoax they are perpetrating.
