Ikaron is usually patrolling The Hollow. When Meli steals Barth's locket, the party can try to resolve their conflict peacefully or allow Barth to strike the child. If Barth is violent toward Meli, Ikaron intervenes.
If the party anger Mol in any way, Ikaron confronts them about "threatening children".
If the party travel to the Mountain Pass or Shadow-Cursed Lands before resolving Kagha's ritual the Rite of Thorns, the tieflings will be expelled from the Grove and Ikaron's corpse can be found among the pile of refugees near the bridge to the Blighted Village.
