Fortuno can be found next to his wife Grisselda Dibbs Grisselda Dibbs and their dog Biscotti Biscotti at X: 65 Y: -79. They became refugees after the cult burned down their farm. He seems especially protective of Biscotti.

If the party approach, Fortuno asks them not to pet their dog, to which Grisselda insists that it is okay.
