Sister Rose will be in the temple's infirmary, watching over the corpse of the recently deceased Father Lorgan. She fully believes that the refugees are responsible for his death and is incensed at them. She will reveal that she found traces of a paralytic poison on Father Lorgan's corpse, meaning that he was fully aware of his surroundings up until his death. This is meant to hint that the player should use on his body to discover more information on his death.
