Vulk is a wolf of the Circle of the Emerald Grove during Act One.

If Halsin Halsin is saved in the Worg Pens but the party members help the goblins raiding the Emerald Grove and slaughtering the druids, then Halsin together with Vulk and Orsu Orsu ventures to the campsite to take revenge and attack the party.
