Gronch is a half-orc found in the Rivington refugee camp at X: 86 Y: -79. He was traveling with Gregory and Nealos Bright.

When encountered, Gronch appears to be wounded with his torso covered in bandages. Examining his wounds by passing a 
DC 10 Medicine check, with 
Advantage for Cleric reveals that Gronch is not hurt, but merely pretending. He then confesses that he is faking it, so that his traveling companions will stick around for a little longer.
