Sister Rose the Penitent is a member of the Open Hand Temple, encountered during Act Three.

Act Three[edit | edit source]
Sister Rose is in the temple's infirmary watching over the recently deceased Father Lorgan. She is incensed at the refugees in Rivington, as she believes they are responsible for his death. She also reveals finding traces of a paralytic poison on Father Lorgan's corpse, meaning he was fully aware of his surroundings up until his death. This hints that the player character should use 
on his corpse to learn more about his death.
