Manip Falcäo is a Human member of the Flaming Fist. He can found just inside the gate at the South Span Checkpoint in Rivington during Act Three.
Interactions
Falcäo can be found just past the Flaming Fist checkpoint at X: 23 Y: 64 and will offer the party a deal to destroy the Ironhand Gnomes, whose crusade against the Steel Watch has made them a thorn in the side of the Fists.
Fighting the Fists at the checkpoint will make him hostile.
