Agree to kill the one-horned Tiefling for Paladin Anders

Speak to the artist and call him a slave
Pass the Deception Check when speaking to the Githyanki Patrol
Let Lae'zel speak to the Githyanki Patrol

Drink from the well outside Auntie Ethel's house

Goblin Camp

Deceive the goblins, say 'you can't be serious', then fling poo at them
Tell Tracker Grikka that you will "get answers for them" when discussing their prisoners +1

Keep insulting Crusher until he attacks +1
Demand that Crusher kiss your foot +1

At night, when she intends to kill everyone before turning into mind flayers, talk her out of it +5
After the 2nd Dream Visitor visit, say you distrust the visitor too
After meeting the Githyanki Patrol in The Risen Road, persuade her to calm down
Praise Lae'zel for killing her own classmates after visiting the classroom in Creche Y'llek +2
Ask details about Githyanki nurseries after visiting the one in Creche Y'llek +3
After being marked as a traitor by Ch'r'ai W'wargaz, praise her for her show of faith to Vlaakith still
