Prelate Lir'i'c is a githyanki NPC encountered on the Astral Plane at the start of Act Three.
She is the leader of Orpheus's honour guard. The honour guard clashes with the party when the former attempts to free Orpheus and escape the Astral Prism on the road to Baldur's Gate.
Interactions
The party encounters Lir'i'c and her fellow honour guard within the portal to the Astral Prism. When the party approaches, she will have gained the upper hand against the Emperor in the fight over Orpheus.
Lir'i'c is always hostile.
