Combat[edit section | visual editor]
Attacks and actions[edit section | visual editor]
Create a point of intense gravity that pulls in all nearby enemies and possibly Slows them.
Five more black holes can be summoned after this spell's initial casting.[See Notes] Afterwards, you must Short Rest before casting it again.

Strike an enemy with lightning. Three more bolts will leap from the target, electrifying as many as three other enemies within range.
You must be concentrating on another spell to cast this. If the target was concentrating, you heal as much as the damage that was dealt to it.
The spell you were concentrating on will end.

Make a melee attack with your equipped weapon.
When you are about to be hit by an enemy, use your Reaction to increase your Armour Class by 5. You also take no damage from Magic Missile. These effects last until the start of your next turn.
Alter time around up to 6 enemies to Slow them. They won't get far, they can't do much, and they're easier to hit.
Loot[edit section | visual editor]
Notes[edit section | visual editor]
- While the player character can only use Psionic Dominance once per long rest, the Metamage Persecutor is able to use it multiple times so long as it has a reaction to spend.
