Shiv Dahlia

Shiv Dahlia is a follower of the Stone Lord, found in the middle of an argument with the Guild on the western shore in Rivington during Act Three.

You can use  Diving Strike.

Foes also have Disadvantage on  Opportunity Attacks against you, and you can use  Dash as a bonus action.
