Absolute set[edit | edit source]
The Absolute set is a set of armour and equipment themed around the Cult of the Absolute. They provide bonuses to characters who bear the Brand of the Absolute.
- : reduces damage from spells by one for users bearing the mark of the Absolute.
- : grants advantage on death saving throws for users bearing the mark of the Absolute.
- : +1 to saving throws to users bearing the mark of the Absolute.
- : inflicts Bane on a melee hit if the user bears the mark of the Absolute.
- : cast Thunderwave and deal +1 Thunder damage if the user bears the mark of the Absolute.
- : Blind targets that fail a Dexterity saving throw. Deals an additional 2d6 Piercing to certain creatures that sport multiple sets of eyes.
Adamantine set[edit | edit source]
The Adamantine set is a set of armour and equipment from the Adamantine Forge.

Bhaalist set[edit | edit source]
The Bhaalist Set is a set of Unholy Assassin gear. These items provide the user myriad benefits, including piercing vulnerability aura, ability to use Garrotte, and inflict bleeding.
Blackguard set[edit | edit source]
The Blackguard equipment is a set of armour themed around Oathbreaker Paladins that grants various bonuses.
Bonespike set[edit | edit source]
Bonespike is a set of equipment that provides useful bonuses for unarmoured, physical hitters such as the Barbarian class, or while Raging. They have no proficiency requirements.
- : grants +1 to AC and saving throws while the user is not wearing armour or using a shield.
- : grants temporary hit points while using Rage.
- : the wearer's attacks ignore Resistance to physical damage.
- : possibly deals Psychic damage to nearby creatures when the wearer uses Rage.
Cantrip set[edit | edit source]
The Cantrip set enhances damaging cantrips or grants access to them. Synergizes with items from the Elemental set and Sparkstruck set, which are not duplicated here.
- : Heal 1d4hit points when an enemy fails an INT, WIS, or CHA save from a cantrip or spell.
- : May target an additional creature with a cantrip once per short rest.
- : Grants access to Fire Bolt.
- : May cast Rays of Fire as a cantrip once per short rest. Gain + 1 to spell attack rolls and spell save DC.
- : May cast Hellflame Cleave as a cantrip once per short rest.
- : Grants access to Fire Bolt. Grants + 1 spell attack bonus.
- : Grants access to Produce Flame.
- : Grants access to Ray of Frost.
- : Cantrips deal additional damage equal to your CHA mod.
- : May cast a cantrip as a Bonus Action once per short rest.
- : Dealing damage with a cantrip grants 2 stacks of Arcane Synergy.
- : Grants access to Sorrowful Lash.
- : Gain access to the Seeking Spell Metamagic.
- : Grants access to Firebolt?.
Ceremonial weapons[edit | edit source]
Ceremonial weapons are weapons used in the quest Find the Blood of Lathander. They are Uncommon versions of their respective weapon types with a +1 Enchantment and no other special effects. They also glow when placed upon the corresponding ceremonial pedestal.
Dark Justiciar set[edit | edit source]
The Dark Justiciar equipment is a set of armour themed after Shar's Dark Justiciars. Their bonuses revolve around being obscured.
Discoverable[edit | edit source]
These Dark Justiciar equipment pieces are significantly weaker but can be discovered around the world.
Pristine[edit | edit source]
These pieces are pristine and have more powerful effects, but can only be received by becoming a Dark Justiciar.
Drunk set[edit | edit source]
The Drunk set includes items that interact with Alcohol mechanics.
Gish (hybrid) set[edit | edit source]
The Gish (hybrid) set comprises of equipment that benefits both spellcasters and martial characters. Items that boost Initiative, Critical hit, off-hand attacks, all attack rolls (thereby including the Sparkstruck set), and grant advantage to all attacks are part of this set, but are not duplicated here.
- : May cast an illusion or enchantment spell as a bonus action after making a weapon attack.
- : Wearer deals an additional 2 points of Radiant damage against creatures that are illuminated.
- : Ranged spell attacks treated as melee when in melee, which grants larger access to melee-only items in the set.
- : Gain 2 stacks of Arcane Synergy when you inflict a condition.
- : Considered Proficient with this armour, thereby allowing casting while in medium armour.
- : Unarmed attacks deal an additional 1d4Force damage. Spell DC +1.
- : Target receives -1d4 penalty on its next spell when you deal damage with a weapon attack.
- : Gain Arcane Acuity when your weapon attack inflicts a condition. Bugged; doesn't work.
- : Temporarily increase spell DC by 1 after an unarmed attack.
- : Considered Proficient with this armour, thereby allowing casting while in heavy armour.
- : Gain 2 stacks of Arcane Acuity when you deal damage with a weapon attack.
- : May attack using your spellcasting modifier instead of Strength or Dexterity.
- : Deal an additional 1d4Bludgeoning damage when Shillelagh is active.
- : Deal Piercing damage when hit in melee while Shillelagh is active.
- : Gain 2 stacks of Arcane Synergy when you deal damage with a cantrip.
- : Adds elemental damage to the wearer's next weapon attack, after dealing elemental damage with a spell.
- : Gain access to Sorrowful Lash.
- : Regain 1 spell slot once per short rest when you crit with this weapon.
- : Weapon attacks deal 1d4Psychic damage while concentrating.
- : May attack using your spellcasting modifier instead of Strength or Dexterity.
- : Weapon attacks deal 1d4Poison damage while concentrating.
- : Gain 8 temporary hit points after casting a spell in melee.
Helldusk set[edit | edit source]
Helldusk armour is a set of equipment that revolves around resisting and dealing Fire damage. It is forged from Infernal Iron.
Flawed[edit | edit source]
The Flawed variants of the Helldusk set can be produced by Dammon, who apprenticed under Carixim, if he is given Infernal Iron or Infernal Alloy.
Perfect[edit | edit source]
The perfect variants of the Helldusk set are originals produced by Carixim. They have more powerful effects but are harder to acquire.
Homing weapons[edit | edit source]
Homing weapons and armour return after being Thrown.
Kushigo set[edit | edit source]
Kushigo is a set of equipment. Kushigo equipment generally boosts unarmed and unarmoured characters, such as those classed into Monk. See also Monk set, Soul set, Unarmed set, and List of features and items that interact with unarmed strikes.
- : May use a reaction to make an unarmed strike against an attacker that misses while Patient Defence is active.
- : Unarmed attacks deal additional damage equal to your Wisdom modifier.
- : Deal an additional
1d4 damage with Throw Attacks and attacks made with Improvised Weapons. - : Gain a +1 bonus to spell save DC until the end of your turn after making an unarmed attack.
Low HP set[edit | edit source]
The Low HP set is a group of equipment that benefits from having a small number of hit points and items that damage the wielder to more easily reach those low HP values. The self-burn from the Heat Set also helps lower HP. Note that temporary hit points is not factored in to the activation conditions of these items.
- : Rise at half hit points when Downed, but be cursed with Shadow Possession.
- : Deal an additional 1d4Slashing when you have 50% hit points or less.
- : Gain 2 stacks of Wrath when starting a turn with 50% hit points or less.
- : Returns to the wielder when thrown, dealing 1d6 + 1Slashing damage to the thrower.
- : Gain 8 temporary hit points when you take damage while below 50% hit points once per short rest.
- : Gain an additional Bonus Action when starting a turn with 50% hit points or less.
- : Unarmed and melee weapon attacks deal an additional 2Necrotic damage if the wearer is not at full hp.
- : Deal an additional 1d6Necrotic damage to nearby creatures, including yourself. Grants Necrotic Resistance.
- : May use Martial Exertion once per short rest.
- : The wearer does not provoke opportunity attacks when at 50% or less hit points.
- : Deals an extra 1d6Thunder. Deals an additional 3d4Thunder in a radius when thrown, possibly damaging yourself.
- : Chance to inflict Bane on hit. Deal 1d6Piercing to yourself if you have 25% or more HP.
- : May use Blood Sacrifice once per turn.
- : May use the Searing Blood weapon action once per short rest.
- : Gain 1 stack of Momentum when starting a turn with 50% hit points or less.
- : Beasts that hit the wearer deal an additional 1d6Radiant damage.
- : Standing in water turns it into Electrified Water, which will damage the wearer.
- : Cast Warding Bond on an ally wearing True Love's Caress.
- : Cast Warding Bond once per long rest.
Off-hand set[edit | edit source]
The off-hand set contains equipment designed to enhance weapons in the off-hand slot.
- : Gain True Strike when a creature misses you. Armour Class +1.
- : Deal 1d4Cold damage on hit. Inflict Chilled when a creature misses you with an attack.
- : Add ability modifier to off-hand damage.
- : Glows. Armour Class +1.
- : Add ability modifier to off-hand damage.
Relics of Deep Duerra's rebellious children[edit | edit source]
The Relics of Deep Duerra's rebellious children is set of equipment with a connection to the duergar goddess Deep Duerra and the rebellion her children started in order to escape her control.
Soul set[edit | edit source]
Soul is a set of equipment that primarily benefits those classed into Monk, with improvements to unarmed attacks. See also Kushigo set, Monk set, Unarmed set, and List of features and items that interact with unarmed strikes.
- : Unarmed attacks deal an additional 1d10Force damage. May heal 10hit points once per turn on an unarmed hit or gain Advantage on Attack rolls and Saving throws until the end of your next turn.
- : Gain a +2 bonus to Attack rolls, Initiative Rolls Initiative Rolls, and Perception Checks. May cast Detect Thoughts once per short rest.
- : May use a Reaction to make an Unarmed Strike Unarmed Strike against any attacker that misses. Armour Class +2.
Unwanted set[edit | edit source]
The Unwanted set is a set of masterwork armour.
Weave set[edit | edit source]
The Weave Set is a set that boosts its wearer's spell-related rolls through Arcane Enchantment: gain bonus to Spell Save DC and spell attack rolls. Previously worn by wizard Tenser and Edith Cluckle.
