  • The Blushing Mermaid in Baldur's Gate III appears to be a combination of two Lower City taverns described in the tabletop D&D adventure Baldur's Gate: Descent into Avernus: the extremely rowdy Blushing Mermaid, located in a normal building in Heapside, and the Low Lantern, located in an old merchant ship at the docks and run by a "captain".
