Spellplague is a hostile Aberration character in Baldur's Gate 3 who may appear in a specific combat encounter during the finale of Act Three.

If Gale is in the party, and the player has decided to side with the Emperor rather than to free Orpheus, this enemy takes part in the "Atop the Netherbrain" combat encounter that occurs during the finale of Confront the Elder Brain.
Notable abilities include:
- This enemy also starts the fight with the Mage Armor condition.

The Spellplague also refers to an important historic phenomenon in the Forgotten Realms setting.
