Scarpers

Scarpers is a member of  Zenovia's gang and member of The Guild, found outside  Arfur Gregorio's mansion in Rivington.

Involvement

Scarpers and the rest of  Zenovia's gang are being paid by  Arfur Gregorio to evict the refugees who are currently squatting in his mansion. If antagonized, or intimidation of him fails, Arfur calls on Zenovia to remove the refugees by force. If intervening, a fight breaks out and Scarpers becomes hostile.

Damage: 1~10

Normal weapon damage

Shoot a volley of thorns. The thorns deal weapon damage to the target and then explode. The explosion deals an additional 1d10Piercing damage to the target and surrounding creatures. On miss, the thorns still explode. On save, targets still take half damage from the explosion.

You can also use Sneak Attack if you have an ally within 1.5 m / 5 ft of the target and you don't have Disadvantage.
