Involvement

Act Three

Phlanders Hort is employed by  Figaro Pennygood at Facemaker's Boutique in the Lower City. If  Dolor escapes at the Wine Festival, he travels to the shop to kill Figaro, who is one of his murder targets in the quest ⁠Investigate the Murders. If Figaro is killed, Phlanders takes his place as a trader. Before and after this assassination attempt, he is mostly discussing slogans with fellow shop assistant  Bobula Hanvers.
