Nonabune

From bg3.wiki
Jump to navigation Jump to search

Nonabune is a strongheart halfling[1] walking by the docks east of Philgrave's Mansion in the Lower City.[2]
Someone said those fish monsters exist because of the stuff we dump in the harbour. Maybe we should start dumping more...

Involvement[edit section | visual editor]

Nonabune is initially seen walking on the beach next to Philgrave's Mansion, his path only a few steps away from where Old Troutman sells fish.

Should the Sahuagin attack the docks and Nonabune survive, he has a completely ecstatic and joyful reaction in the wake of what happened. He believes the events that unfolded will make for a great story, and improvises on the spot a name for it: "When Fish Fight Back"[3][4].

Notes and references[edit section | visual editor]

  1. Nonabune is one of only two strongheart halflings in the entirety of the game.
  2. Nonabune has a developer comment in the code that is shared with all nearby NPCs in the docks area, simply describing him as "POTENTIAL SIMPLE CHARACTER".
  3. "That. Was. Incredible! And just think what a story it'd make: 'When Fish Fight Back'!" - Nonabune
  4. "I mean, if 'When Fish Fight Back' doesn't tickle your fancy, how about... I don't know. That was the best one, to be honest." - Nonabune
