Act Three[edit | edit source]
Upon approaching Vicar Humbletoes, he explains his role as the guardian of the Stormshore Tabernacle and how one can pray at the various statues of the Gods within the building.
He refuses to trade with anyone who steals from the basement, but he still trades if the offender is disguised or another party member talks to him instead.
Vicar Humbletoes' attitude towards the party may change depending on the outcome of quest.
He has unique dialogue for Warlocks, Paladins and any Clerics he speaks to for the first time:
Warlock: Your patron may not enjoy you shopping around the divine, warlock, it bothers me none. Be welcome, child of faith.
Paladin: Well met, Oathsworn. Your faith may not be orthodox, but it is still welcome here.
Paladin Oathbreaker: Faithless creatures seldom cross our threshold, oathbreaker.
Cleric of Bahamut: I feel the Platinum Dragon shining through you, cleric. Be welcome.
Cleric of Corellon Larethian: Ah - the merry step of a Fey faithful on our tabernacle's doorstep. Be welcome, cleric of the First Seldarine.
Cleric of Eilistraee: A cleric of Eilistraee enters the Tabernacle, and my heart lifts with song. Be welcome.
Cleric of Garl Glittergold: I see the mirthful chuckle of Garl Glittergold in those eyes of yours. Be welcome, cleric.
Cleric of Gruumsh: We are a long way from the battlefield, Gruumsh-sworn. Step lightly, but know you are welcome here.
Cleric of Helm: You have the hawk eyes of a vigilant predator. Welcome, cleric of Helm.
Cleric of Ilmater: The mercy and compassion that radiate from a cleric of Ilmater are unmistakable. Welcome.
Cleric of Kelemvor: Many misunderstand the Lord of Death - but I am not one of them. Be welcome here, cleric of Kelemvor.
Cleric of Laduguer: Be welcome, cleric of Laduguer. All faithful are accepted here, no matter their deity's proclivities.
Cleric of Lathander: A beam of morning sun enters - be welcome, cleric of Lathander.
Cleric of Llolth: Fear and cruelty enter the Tabernacle. All devotion has its place here, even those who worship Lolth.
Cleric of Mielikki: The smell of pine, the crunch of elder leaves. Be welcome, faithful of the Forest Queen.
Cleric of Moradin: I can smell the heady smoke of the Dwarffather's forge all around you, cleric. Be welcome.
Cleric of Mystra: You have a scent of the Weave about you. I perceive you're a cleric of Mystra.
Cleric of Oghma: Your very presence groans with the weight of Oghma's knowledge. Be welcome, learned one.
Cleric of Selune: You are bathed in the cool gleam of moonlight. You must be a follower of Selûne.
Cleric of Shar: Shar's faithful rarely darken our doors - but all devotion has its place here. Be welcome.
Cleric of Talos: A roiling storm lies beneath your countenance. Welcome, faithful of the Destroyer.
Cleric of Tempus: I can smell the heady smoke of the Dwarffather's forge all around you, cleric. Be welcome.
Cleric of Tiamat: All faithful are bid entrance here, even those who serve the Queen of Chaos. Be welcome.
Cleric of Tymora: One of the Smiling Lady's faithful graces our doorstep - we are lucky indeed. Be welcome, cleric.
Cleric of Tyr: Your eyes glow with fervor of one who seeks justice. You must be a priest of Tyr.
Cleric of Vlaakith: My, you are a long way from the Lich Queen's watchful gaze, cleric. I hope you can find some solace here, at least.
Cleric of Yondalla: Allow me to repay the generosity of your patron, Yondalla. Be welcome, cleric.
