Fist Duddamoor is patrolling the streets of Lower City with Fist Phanellis,
Fist Halantow and a
Steel Watcher. Their route runs up and down the stairs of the Heapside district, from the main entrance to Felogyr's Fireworks X: 16 Y: -123 to the entrance of the Baldur's Mouth X: 74 Y: -69.
Duddamoor and her mates do not respond to any attempts to speak with them, regardless of whether the Steel Watch Foundry is intact or destroyed.
