Phanellis

Fist Healer Phanellis is a dwarven healer and a member of the Flaming Fist. She can be found in the streets of Lower City in Act Three.

Fist Phanellis is patrolling the streets of Lower City with Fist HalantowFist Halantow, Fist DuddamoorFist Duddamoor and a Steel WatcherSteel Watcher. Their route runs up and down the stairs of the Heapside district, from the main entrance to Felogyr's Fireworks X: 16 Y: -123 to the entrance of the Baldur's Mouth X: 74 Y: -69.

Phanellis and her mates do not respond to any attempts to speak with them, regardless of whether the Steel Watch Foundry is intact or destroyed.
