Involvement

Act Three

Nephel is patrolling the streets of Lower City with Fist Larche, Fist Shargil and a Steel Watcher. They can be found near the Stormshore Armoury at X: -44 Y: -101, guarding Courier Hara, Moorino and Burzenberg, who are being "evaluated" by the Steel Watcher. If spoken to, Nephel asks the player character not to do sudden moves while the automaton is checking the detained civilians.

After the Steel Watch Foundry is destroyed, Nephel remains at the same place and expresses hope that the Watcher will soon start working again, so that they can carry on their duties. After a long rest, she disappears from the game along with her mates and all "evaluated" citizens.
