Don't-Call-Me-Runt is a halfling member of The Guild who guards the Guildhall entrance in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate.
I'm watching you. Don't cause any trouble or - or - there'll be trouble.

Don't-Call-Me-Runt is new to guarding the alley. He seems to not have all his lines prepared, and occasionally stumbles over his words.[1]
