Allymer is a human commoner who can be encountered in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate during Act Three.

Allymer can be found between Stormshore Tabernacle and Elfsong Tavern in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate. He is actively reading what looks to be the Baldur's Mouth Gazette and cannot be interacted with[1].
