Aran can be found mingling among the patrons of the wine festival if the party began 
Investigate the Murders and the wine festival takes place. If the party talks to him twice, he reveals he would rather not (talk to them).
After Dolor reveals himself and attempts to kill 
Cora Highberry, Oreelly runs off and cannot be seen again.
