Mama Falice is a human civilian and mother to  Hazelnut who can be found south of Baldur's Mouth in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate in Act Three.

Mama Falice can be found trying to convince Hazelnut not to run away and to go back to the hostel. Hazelnut hates doing chores and would rather go back to their real home.
