Morrus Pinfeatherwill show up next to the Baldur's Gate waypoint in the Lower City once the party has collected all three Netherstones. Once the party comes near, he will be forcefully transformed into a Mind Flayer using  Ceremorphosis together with  Zgorrellik and  Dubos Clodds.
