Varce Humbletood is a human civilian waiting in line to get his hair done at the Facemaker's Boutique in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate during Act Three.

Act Three[edit section | visual editor]

Varce only appears outside the boutique if the party interrupts Dolor Dolor from murdering at the wine festival at Highberry's Home, and he escapes the fight. Varce is then impatiently waiting in line, not knowing that the proprietor Figaro Pennygood Figaro Pennygood has been kidnapped and paralyzed to a chair.

After the fight inside the boutique, Varce flees and is not seen again.
