Overview[edit | edit source]

Lora's House[1] is a small two-storied building tucked in the corner between the Lower City Central Wall, Tefoco's Home and Crimson Draughts.

The only entrance to it is at X: -60 Y: -92. Inside the ground floor is a living room with a fireplace, while the first floor is a bedroom. Both rooms and the stairs are adorned with sea-themed decor elements like oars, fishing nets and the like. Kids' books and toys scattered about show the presence of a child among the house inhabitants.

In the locked, red-outlined chest on the first floor an auction slip for selling a sea vessel and a random precious gem can be found. The chest requires DC 15 Sleight of Hand check DC 15 Sleight of Hand check to lockpick or can be opened with Lora's Key kept by the house owner Lora.

Involvement[edit | edit source]

The house belongs to Lora BergauzLora Bergauz, a former pirate who sold her ship to live a new life on the land with her young daughter VanraVanra. They are the only inhabitants of the house. However, their state and whereabouts depend directly on the party's decisions in Act One and Three.

  • If the party dealt with Auntie EthelAuntie Ethel in Sunlit Wetlands during Save MayrinaSave Mayrina quest and let the hag go with MayrinaMayrina and her unborn baby, Lora and Vanra both can be found here discussing household questions. They have little to say other than berating the party for barging into their home.
  • If Auntie Ethel was denied access to Mayrina (and her child), she chooses Vanra as a replacement for them and kidnaps her. In this case, the house is initially empty, as Lora ransacks the city in search for her daughter. Later, if the quest Save VanraSave Vanra is successfully completed, Lora and Vanra can be found here. If the party speak with Lora afterwards, she rewards the party with the Amulet of Windrider and the Duellist's Prerogative. If Vanra was not saved, Lora runs away after hearing it and disappears from the game.

Outside the building[edit | edit source]

Across the entrance, Slatey MarvenSlatey Marven and Splatters DoolugSplatters Doolug are talking. Doolug is a street artist who just recently adorned the Lower City Central Wall with murals. Slatey is a passer-by who stopped to criticize his works. She is rather dismissive about the paintings, and this appears to hurt Doolug's feelings.

  1. The location is marked as this on the region map. The platter at the entrance, as well as the pop-up location reminder call it "Lora's Home", just like most other private lodgings in the city.
