Act Three[edit section | visual editor]

Phoskyx shows up just north of the Baldur's Gate waypoint in the Lower City near the Upper City Gate Checkpoint once all three Netherstones have been collected by the party. Once the party approach, people on the road are forcefully transformed into Mind Flayers and Phoskyx flees.
