Tuloria is a human civilian waiting in a queue with her partner  Sula Ghevora in the Lower City, hoping to enter the Upper City of Baldur's Gate during Act Three.

Act Three

Tuloria is standing in line behind  Saer Fleiner, near the entrance to the Upper City. She and her partner hope that they will be able to afford food and shelter once inside the Upper City.

  About not living in the Upper City after we get in.

  Being able to afford things, probably.

  I'm sure we'll be able to afford things. At least the things we need.

  Honey, we might not be able to afford a room, let alone anything else.

  They won't exactly let us starve to death!
