Cinnamon is a human child in the Steeps district of the Lower City in Act Three.

Involvement

Act Three

Cinnamon plays with her friends on a small stone-paved space at X: -166 Y: -75. She and her two mates,  Punkins and  Slow-Butt, are standing near Golbraith's Home. Her friend Punkins is pretending to be a Steel Watcher scanning Cinnamon and Slow-Butt, to check their 'records'.

If spoken to, Cinnamon asks the interacting party member whether she seems suspicious to them. A  DC 7 Perception Check reveals she is hiding candy from her friends.

If asked, Cinnamon calls it "spy candy", calling herself a spy of the Absolute. Ratting the girl out to Punkins upsets her for a short time.
