Cinnamon is a human child who can be found in the Steeps district of the Lower City in Act Three.
I've got you figured out! You're a spy for the Absolute, like I am!

Act Three[edit | edit source]

Cinnamon plays with her friends on a small stone-paved space at X: -166 Y: -75. She and her two mates, PunkinsPunkins and Slow-ButtSlow-Butt, are standing near Golbraith's Home. Her friend Punkins is pretending to be a Steel Watcher scanning Cinnamon and Slow-Butt, to check their 'records'.

If spoken to, Cinnamon asks the party whether she seems suspicious to them. A DC 7 Perception check DC 7 Perception check will reveal she is hiding candy from her friends. If asked, Cinnamon calls it a "spy candy", calling herself a spy of the Absolute.

Detecting the candy earns minor approval from GaleGale, WyllWyll, KarlachKarlach, JaheiraJaheira, MinscMinsc and HalsinHalsin.

Ratting the girl out to Punkins upsets her, but not for long.
