Barbarian is a class in Baldur's Gate 3. Barbarians use their martial prowess and primal rage to strengthen themselves and dominate enemies in combat. Barbarians' key ability scores are Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution.

Level progression
Through experience, you acquire new power. You gain the following traits.
Level 1
- Rage Charges: 2 (The number of times you can Rage per day. Replenished by Long Rest).
While Raging, you gain the following:
- Resistance against physical damage
- Deal extra melee and thrown damage
- Advantage on Strength Checks and Saving Throws.
Your rage lasts for 10 turns and ends early if you haven't attacked a creature or been attacked or you decide to end your Rage. You also cannot cast spells or concentrate while raging.
