Danis is an NPC in Baldur's Gate 3. He's found at the Druid Grove discussing with his wife, Bex, their future life in Baldur's Gate. He was employed by his father-in-law as a caravan, before he quit on his third day.

Act One

If he is alive after the player returns victorious from the fights at the Goblin Camp, he'll be found celebrating with Bex at the player's camp, though in a less drunk state than her.

Act Two

If he survives the events of Act One, the player learns from Bex at The Waning Moon that Danis was captured along with the majority of the refugees. He can be rescued from the dungeons at Moonrise Towers Prison.

Act Three

If rescued in Act Three, Danis can be found with the other refugees in Rivington. He and Bex thank the player for all their help.
