The Lodge is a Location within the Lower City in Act Three of Baldur's Gate 3. It is located south of Elerrathin's Home, at X: -214 Y: -80

Overview[edit | edit source]

The Lodge is used as the headquarters of the Society of Brilliance.

Ground floor[edit | edit source]

If the Githyanki Egg was not given to Esther Lady Esther, Havkelaag Havkelaag is present here and requests to purchase it for 1000 gp.

Behind the counter in the corner, atop a stack of books the Lodge Dormitory Key can be found by succeeding a DC 15 Perception check.

First floor[edit | edit source]

Blurg Blurg can be found on the upper floor of the split level house. He is able to be traded with, and if the party met Omeluum Omeluum during Act One it is possible to ask about it; this starts the quest Retrieve Omeluum Retrieve Omeluum. On the other side of the floor a room can be found which contains a traveller's chest which can be unlocked with the Lodge Dormitory Key. There is also a ladder leading up to the attic.

Attic[edit | edit source]

A wooden chest can be found in the corner, which can be unlocked with Havkelaag's Key. A painting titled A Magical Journey can be found on the wall. Interacting with the painting transports the party to the lodge's vault.

Vault[edit | edit source]

This room contains some minor loot and a large, unlocked safe. An opulent chest in the middle of the room on some shelves is unlocked with Limeleech's Chest Key.

Basement Docks[edit | edit source]

If Steal a Githyanki Egg Steal a Githyanki Egg is completed by bringing Esther Lady Esther a Githyanki Egg in Act One, then there is no one alive at the lodge. Instead, a trail of blood leads to a portal that takes the party to the basement. Several notes from Havkelaag Havkelaag discuss how they magically aged the Githyanki youth Ptaris Ptaris and raised him under a strict and highly differentiated moral code, with disastrous results.
