Tomboldt the Pallid can be found on the third floor of [[Felogyr's Fireworks]]. He is the head of the secret explosives' production that hides behind the veneer of the pyrotechnics shop.

Tomboldt the Pallid is a Lolth-Sworn Drow that can be met in the Felogyr's Fireworks workshop in the Lower City of the Baldur's Gate, in Act Three of the game, while following through the quest Investigate the Suspicious Toys.
