Hargin Jooli is a dwarven servant to Lady Jannath that can be found in Lady Jannath's Estate in the Lower City.

Involvement[edit | edit source]
Hargin can only be found in the kitchen storage of Lady Jannath's Estate if Oskar Fevras was never rescued from Brem in Act One. He can be seen gossiping with 'Loose Lips' Cyrilla.
If Oskar Fevras was rescued, the manor will be haunted and Hargin will be sent away on a temporary leave of absence at the request of Chamberlain Mercer.

Hargin will occasionally chat with Cyrilla:
