Involvement[edit | edit source]
Phubbs can only be found in the foyer of Lady Jannath's Estate if Oskar Fevras was never rescued from Brem in Act One.
If Oskar Fevras was rescued, the manor will be haunted and Phubbs will be sent away on a temporary leave of absence at the request of Chamberlain Mercer.
