Duddy Dudderken is a Human child at the square in front of Sorcerous Sundries in the Lower City in Act Three.

Act Three
Duddy Dudderken can be seen among the group of observers who watch the magic show held by three wizards near the fountain across the entrance to the magic shop.
Duddy is watching the show with other citizens, refugees and bypassers. If talked to, he will express excitement with the show and cheer the wizards up to perform more magic tricks.
Duddy Dudderken's reactions to the party members will vary depending on the resolution of 
Stop the Presses quest.
