Pookums can be found almost in the center of the Lower City Graveyard.

Act Three[edit | edit source]
Pookums is speaking to the Strange Beggar Morbus, who is wandering around nearby tombstones. Morbus believes he is playing hide-and-seek with his dead family under one of them, while the girl is trying to explain to him his behavior is disrespectful.
If spoken to, Pookums complains that Morbus is not listening to her and calls him stupid. She also says playing at the graveyard is not a bright idea anyway.
