Zambomba can be found in the Elfsong Tavern kitchen. The party can speak with Zambomba using 
Speak with Animals.

- Meow-meow-meow-meow-meow.
With Speak with Animals:
- Mrah! Look,
Tambourine, a servant comes to help us. - Kill those rats, would you? When they're dead, the other servants will feed us.
