Tambourine is a blue-eyed, medium haired white cat in Act Three.

Tambourine can be found in the Elfsong Tavern kitchen of the Lower City. When spoken to with 
Speak with Animals, Tambourine responds with: "Hello, servant ape. Would you kill those rats, please? Their presence vexes me." Otherwise, Tambourine simply meows at the party.
