Involvement

Act Three

Rhaneld is a son of a dockworker, berated and abused by an Upper City dweller. While playing in the streets, Rhaneld threw a pebble and accidentally hit a man by a name of Bastian d'Zinn, who seems to have come from the Upper City. Now the latter tries to ruse up a scandal, wanting the bypassers to believe the boy did his mischief intentionally and has to be punished.

The inhabitants of Lower City who gathered around, however, see the situation rather pragmatically - they understand that the man is clearly overreacting and answer him accordingly.

If spoken to, Rhaneld will say that he was just playing, not aiming anyone. He will complain that it is not fair if kids cannot play wherever they want.

Rhaneld's reactions to the party will vary depending on the resolution of Stop the Presses quest.
