Its entrance can either be lockpicked, or a key used if the party killed Dolor Dolor. Move into the back office room and remove the "Butterfly on Skull" painting X: 87 Y: 15 to find a button ( DC 20 Perception check to notice the painting). Press the button to reveal a secret door. The only way to get past this door is to know the passphrase, Sicarius, which is found on a Dirge of the Unholy Assassin looted or pickpocketed from Dolor or learned from Olfaith Olumssdottir Olfaith Olumssdottir after killing two murder targets listed on the Bloodstained Parchment. Should Gauntlet Devella Fountainhead Devella Fountainhead be killed in the Facemaker's Boutique, casting Speak with Dead Speak with Dead lets her reveal the location and passphrase to enter.

Within the basement, there is immediately a sign that says "Flaming Fists this Way." This area is heavily trapped with grease barrels that alight if the party enters that way. Instead, remain on the brick path on the right and enter the door to the Murder Tribunal's antechamber X: -1302 Y: Y:519.
