Overview

Billyum can be found almost in the center of the Lower City Graveyard, across the Mortuary.

Involvement

Act Three

Billyum is grieving at the fresh grave of his mother Jasmine, who was murdered by the serial killer. He is talking to her as if she is still alive, and not to the party members.

If talked to, Billyum will say that he is trying to get some blue flowers for his mother. If the party has already resolved the Investigate the Murders quest, he will tell his mother that "they got the bad man".
